Crusader Flex Options & Fees

Crusader Flex is a dynamic hybrid education program that blends the best of Saint Joseph Academy’s on-campus offerings with the flexibility and customization of home-based learning.

Designed to support families seeking a more personalized academic journey rooted in Catholic values, Crusader Flex fosters a strong parent-school partnership through two distinct pathways: the A-la-Carte option and the Private School Satellite Program (PSP). Whether families are looking to enrich their homeschool experience with select academic courses, faith formation, or extracurriculars, or prefer a more structured support system while educating primarily at home, Crusader Flex allows students to remain connected to the vibrant SJA community while learning in a way that fits their unique needs.

Middle School & High School (grades 6-12) Options

A-la-Carte Option:

  • Register for up to 3 on-campus courses
  • Choice of core and elective classes from SJA approved list
  • Access to Student Life Activities, Retreats, Sacraments, Pilgrimages, and more*

PSP Option:

  • Enroll in up to 3 on-campus 
  • Choice of core and elective classes from SJA approved list
  • Access to Student Life Activities, Retreats, Sacraments, Pilgrimages, and more*
  • Access to CIF Sports
  • Academic Support and Counseling

A-la-Carte Fees:

(2025-2026 school year)

  • Middle School on-campus class: $1,500/class
  • High School on-campus class: $2,250/class 
  • Application fee: $62 (one-time non-refundable fee for applicants)
  • Registration fee: $500
  • FACTS setup fee: $55

PSP Fees:

(2025-2026 school year)

  • Administration Fee: $1,000
  • Middle School on-campus class: $1,500/class
  • High School on-campus class: $2,250/class 
  • Application fee: $62 (one-time non-refundable fee for applicants)
  • Registration fee: $500
  • FACTS setup fee: $55
  • Curriculum fees: vary (parents are responsible for purchasing curriculum for all homeschooled subjects)
  • CIF MS Sports Option: $350 for one, $550 for two, $700 for three
  • CIF HS Sports Option: $500 for one, $850 for two, $1,100 for three

*All fees are annual amounts unless specified otherwise
